Salty

Salty is a Big Brother pony that was released in 1986. He comes with his original sailor hat, green bandana and yellow frog brush.  The hat is a little dirty with some small marks.  The painted lettering "S.S. Pony" looks pretty good, but the green might be a little faded. The bandana is in great shape, but the frog brush has a lot of broken and missing teeth.

Overall Condition: Very Good

Body: Has a cluster of small dots on the right side of his face (above his eyebrow and around his ear). There is a small silver mark near his left side symbol, and another on his left front leg. Also a shiny spot above his right side symbol, and a few other small marks and scratches, 

Hair: Soft and shiny. Tail feels a little dry at the very ends. Mane and tail still have some original factory curl left.

Eyes: Look good!

Symbols: Have some paint wear, especially on the left side.

About My Auctions

I have been collecting My Little Ponies since 1998, and many of the items currently for sale are from my personal collection.  Due to a lack of display space, they've been sitting in storage for the past several years.  Since that's unlikely to change in the near future, I decided it was time for them to go to new homes where they will get a bit more love.  To the best of my knowledge, none of my ponies have ever been restored or customized in any way. 

All ponies have been given a gentle bath. You may be able to remove some of the remaining marks using stronger cleaners, or they may be permanent.  I have made note of any major marks or flaws in each pony's description, but please keep in mind that these are 30+ year old used toys, and it's impossible to list every single mark or spot.  Please examine all item photos closely before bidding or buying.  

Any accessories included are guaranteed to be genuine My Little Pony items (unless otherwise noted in the description), but not necessarily an exact match for the pony they are sold with, especially in the case of combs and brushes. Ponies are matched with accessories to the best of my ability based on online ID guides and photos of MOC/MIB ponies.

I accept payment through eBay's checkout system and ship Worldwide. Please click the "Shipping and Payments" tab to view shipping fees prior to purchase, especially if you will be having the item shipped to a non-USA address. This item cannot be shipped to Italy or any other country that forbids the import of plastic toys.  

 If you purchase multiple items, they will be sent in as few packages as possible to save you money on shipping.  eBay frequently overcharges shipping for multiple items during checkout.  If this happens, I will refund any excess as soon as I determine the actual shipping cost for the order.
