Lionel 3409 OPERATING HELICOPTER LAUNCHING FLAT CAR. Winding mechanism and launch lock tab WORK! Has helicopter tail bracket attached as well. Has all 4 steps in place and the brake wheel is in place. Could use a cleaning, otherwise Used Vintage Condition as shown in pictures. 
 
Approx. 10" long, not including the couplers.
Used Vintage Condition as shown.
