The Hutchison Medical™ HM-400 Patient Weight Scale for Hoyer Lift (Hoyer Lift also known as a patient floor lift) is used to weigh bed-ridden or non-ambulatory patients who are suspended by a Hoyer lift. The HM-400 is certified to lift patients weighing up to 330lbs and can be used with any Hoyer lift and any patient lift sling. The HM-400 easily attaches to the spreader bar (or sling bar) of any Hoyer Lift. The HM-400 will easily attach to:

The HM-400 is designed to be attached and removed from your patient lift easily and quickly each time that you need to weigh your patient. Our recommendation is to use the HM-400 only periodically (and not continuously) to weigh your patient. Always use the spreader bar on your Hoyer lift for day-to-day lifts and transfers because it is longer than the HM-400 spreader bar and allows for the patient's girth to be spread over a wider area ultimately allowing for a much more comfortable lifting experience.

WARRANTY Hutchison Medical offers a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on the HM-400. This product is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and product performance. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user and is therefore non transferable. Hutchison Medical has the right to determine valid claims based on the individual circumstances of each claim. Warranty claims will be denied should evidence of the following be determined:
- Accident, any physical shock such as dropping, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper application, or alteration, by a force majeure occurrence
- Normal wear and tear
RETURN POLICY At Hutchison Medical, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs. However, you may occasionally receive a product that does not work for you. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit an online Return Authorization Request.
Return Policy: This products requires a 10% restocking fee for returns. Customer must pay for return shipping. All products must be in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, unclean or any indications of usage.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested from Hutchison Medical within 30 days of delivery of the product. Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days
