COMBINED POSTAGE

As of Feb 2023, ebay has disabled the 'request total' feature on my account, and that of many other ebay sellers. If you click that link you will be told by ebay that 'the seller doesn't offer combined postage discounts'. This is wrong. I have always offered combined postage and will continue to do so, it is ebay that has disabled this particular method and as a result I can no longer send invoices with combined postage.

As a workaround I am applying what ebay calls a 'flat postage rule' which applies the discount automatically in the basket so there is no need to click  'request total'. This system is somewhat simplistic and may occasionally lead to excessive postage charges. In those cases I will refund the excess postage after payment.
