TYRES

We guarantee the quality of all brand new tyre/s we supply and install for the life of the tyre/s. If you discover a manufacturer's fault after your purchase, the disputed tyre must be returned at customer expense to our store. We will notify you of the outcome of the dispute as soon as possible.

The warranty is not applicable to the tyre/s if it has been subjected to a puncture from nails/screws, presence of chemicals, has been subjected to adverse weather conditions and impact damages on-road use. If the tyre tread is worn more than 20%, we will replace tyre/s on a pro-rata basis (For example, if a tyre is 40% worn, 60% of the cost of the replacement tyre will be covered while you only pay 40% of the cost).

WHEELS / RIMS

All our brand new wheels are covered by a lifetime structural warranty. There is a duty of care by the customer that care instructions for any alloy wheel must be strictly followed. If you discover a manufacturer's fault after your purchase, the disputed wheel must be returned to our store. The warranty is not applicable to products, which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions and impact damages on-road use.

If there is any problem, we will gladly replace them under the following conditions:

Brake dust shall not collect on these wheels due to the fact that Brake Dust crystallises and becomes caustic (like an acid).

If the car is to be taken to a car wash, neither acidic cleaner nor polished shall be used on the wheels otherwise the clear protective coating of the wheel will be stripped causing flaking or peeling which is will make our warranty void.

Proof of purchase must be provided in case of a warranty claim.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the products and will not be passed on to the second owner.

T & C

1) Please make sure you carefully choose your items before bidding or purchasing. All sales are final and a 10% fee will occur on cancellations.

2) It is your responsibility as the buyer/bidder to ask ALL questions before bidding. Once you have bidded you enter a legally binding contract which you understand what you are purchasing and all questions have been asked. Our items displayed are exactly what you see. However, there may be slight errors while uploading the ad. If you suspect an error, please confirm with our team. It is up to the buyer to make sure product is suitable and legal for road use in their state.

3) All shipping is done via Road Express only with our chosen courier company. We strongly recommend for the buyer to include insurance as we will not be directly liable for any lost or damaged goods without insurance. Please email us if you have a delivery problem. Insurance is available at $10 per $1000 cover. All goods must be inspected before signing for the goods. Once signed, buyer agrees that goods have been delivered without any damage.

4) Good transactions will receive positive feedback once the sale is completed and the buyer has left us feedback.

5) Tyres have a lifetime warranty at STYLISH WHEELS. All warranty replacements for tyres are based on pro-rata basis to treadwear bar, (for example, if a tyre is worn 40%, Stylish Wheels will cover 60% of the cost of the replacement tyre while you only pay 40% of the cost).

6) We recommend all wheels be regularly washed with warm mild soapy water only as other chemicals can ruin you alloy wheel finish and void warranty. We further recommend wheels be washed regularly as built up grime, dust and brake dust can cause deterioration in alloy wheel finish.

7) Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

8) Any modification or additions to your vehicle are of your own accord and it is up to you to determine if wheels will fit with modifications as we cannot guarantee all fitments after any modifications.

9) Payments - Please allow all pay pal and bank deposits up to 3 days to clear in our account before we ship. When placing orders, please make sure all contact details are entered.
