Regarding the condition of boxes & ornaments: I will always state if the box has even a slight dent or mark on it, however small or large, and should that be, I always open the box, check the ornament to make sure it is still perfect and in mint condition as well as still in working order should it be a Movement, Light, etc type of Ornament. So please rest assured, that when the ornaments leave my storage unit, they are in perfect condition, unless I note otherwise (such as the box. I have NEVER sold a non-working or damaged ornament).
