I refund if i have misdescribed an item. If an item is lost or damaged in transit i will assist in claiming the money from the courier, i will refund once i have the money from the courier. If you return an item i refund the day it is in my possession. Buyer pays returns postage.

I get proof of posting for every item. Damaged item in post i must have photos of the item & the damaged packaging before i can refund as the insurance won't pay out without this. The insurance pays out between 14 & 90 days.

I also have to have permission from the buyer to pass your details on to the Insurance company so that they can contact you.
