Store Policy

Shipping Policy

We usually ship from Money to Friday. No shipment on weekend or public holidays. Local Pickup is available and free of charge. We don't ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) and P.O.Box, APO, FPO address. In case the item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours, and send us pictures. Once we receive the above information, we will send you instruction for how to return the damaged item. In the meantime, we will open a damage claim against the shipping company and send you a new item as replacement.


Warranty:

Due to the nature of the plumbing products and accessories, we cannot resell any return merchandise which had been installed or used. Under these circumstances, we cannot take any returns for used item UNLESS the product is defective. So we can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective. All items are returned must be in brand new condition or never been used. Please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receiving your item, we will help you with that process. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance.

 All products come with one year ( from the date you received the item ) warranty. Under the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defected product. We will ship you the parts if the parts are need to be replaced. If the problem still cannot be fixed, we will ship you a new unit for replacement. The Warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, was damaged through abuse or accident.
