Simply pay using Pay pal and if your item includes free personalisation please leave these details in the note to seller box on the paypal payment page and click save before confirming payment.

All our items includes free standard delivery but we do offer a faster order processing and shipping service for an extra charge.

1 General
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Any information provided by you connected to purchase from this website is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The contract between us shall be governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

2 Ordering
All orders that are being placed on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included and orders placed on these days will be processed next working day.

3 Delivery
We cannot accept any claim for damage or deterioration after the delivery has been made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which our products are stored once they have left our premises.
Delivery charges (when delivery is not free) are specified once you have entered the delivery details.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays outside of our control like flood, fire, strikes etc.
Please make sure you provided us with correct delivery address as we don?t take any responsibility for undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.
We do not guarantee any delivery at the specific time or date. All provided times are estimates only.

4 Cancellations
You cannot cancel the order of personalised products or made to your specification.
We accept cancellation of order only from private buyers and only when it is placed up to 7 days from the delivery. Your notice of cancellation must be delivered to us by email or post.
It is your responsibility to deliver goods safely to us at your expense.
The goods must be unopened and in resalable condition for a full refund.

5 Returns and Refunds
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000 the Consumer has an automatic right to cancel and rescind a contract at any time from its formation until seven working days after the goods are delivered. However it does not apply to contracts made for customised products and goods which were in use.
If the above is fulfilled please send us your items in their original condition and packaging. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation.
We will refund your payment by the same method it was paid with within 14 days

We do not accept returns or replacements of personalised items unless the item has a manufactures fault.

We offer a 14 day return period for non personalised items if you change your mind but you will be responsible for th return postage.

Unwanted items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

we will not be responsible for your item if it is lost in the post on return to us.

We can only refund or replace once we receive the item back and have checked it.
