I formerly owned a fabric store and am selling my leftover stock. All items have been stored in my smoke free home in cardboard boxes. 

Some of the envelopes show a little wear even though these are all new patterns, uncut, with factory folds. The pattern and instruction sheets are in perfectly fine condition.
