BARRERA Couture Collection Genuine? Turquoise & Carnelian Dangle Clip Earrings

This is an absolutely amazing pair of gold-plated Couture design JOSE & MARIA BARRERA dangle dclip earrings.  These earrings feature Turquoise and Carnelian stones (not sure if they are genuine or faux but the large Turquoise looks real) surrounded by beads and rhinestones.
