ROHM Semiconductor 16-bit MCU Starter Kit

ROHM Semiconductor MCU16-STARTKIT-Q504 is a development support system for ROHM and Lapis Semiconductor 16-bit Ultra-Low Power ML620Q504 Microcontrollers. The kit includes one ML620Q504 Reference Board, one NanoEASE Programmer Board, one dual-row ribbon cable, and one USB standard A to mini B cable. The 16-bit MCU Starter Kit gives designers access to a number of development and evaluation tools. The included tools support the entire process from design and coding to evaluation and ROM code writing.
