This K24a1 CRV cylinder head is being hand rebuilt. Each valve seat is cut as needed and a brand new valve inserted and lapped to perfectly custom fit each individual valve. Sealing is verified using Prussian blue and compressed air after the rebuild is complete. The head includes the PPA-6 cylinder head casting, OEM valve spring seats, springs, retainers, valve keepers, a full set of new replacement valves (8 x intake & 8 x exhaust valves). The sealing surface of the head has been cleaned, checked to be flat within 0.001" and is ready for re installation.
