Set of Three Floral Design 6" Art Tiles featuring a beautiful Orange Flowers and Green leaves in Art Nuevo Style. All of the tiles have Black background . The tiles are approximately 6" but the brown one is slightly smaller, see in photos. For the art deco nature lover! Hand glazed by artist Elaine Cain. Each tile is made by hand so have slight differences. Measures approximately 6"X 6" each mount together or as accents around the room . Also for great for mounting on your backsplash or hanging on the wall, or used as a trivet. Only one of the tiles has cork feet, and is ready as a trivet, they could be removed or added to the other tiles so they all match. But imagine two mounted in a backsplash as an accent tile and then having one tile on the counter for a trivet. These tiles are not signed but I received them along with a plum background sold separately, contact me if you want to purchase them all, I'll work out a little discount. Elaine Cain, California Tile Artist, Craftswoman for over 30 years. Creating both single tiles and art tile murals of many sizes while living in La Habra CA, she now makes her home in the Southern California desert. Many of her tile mural works grace public buildings, restaurants and private homes throughout California, Washington, New Mexico and the Midwestern United States. An eight foot wide mural of swans hangs in the library in Poulsbo, Washington. Variety of subjects are captured over the years in her works from Japanese Kabuki style rabbits, to rustic colorful life in Norway, even a large mural of the pleasures of living in Los Angeles. Her works have been exhibited in the Millard Sheets Arts Center, LA Fairgrounds, Dacotah Prairie Museum in South Dakota, and the American Museum of Ceramic Arts in Pomona. Also she has been many galleries and art auctions. Elaine’s education includes Pomona College, Claremont Graduate University, Northern State University, University of Oslo & Institudo San Miguel.
