Shipping Policy: I bill for the actual cost of shipping, plus 35 cents for packing materials.  I do NOT charge for “handling”.  I will combine shipping on items when possible.  IF YOU WIN MULTIPLE ITEMS PLEASE WAIT for an invoice-this will save both of us some money.

Sales Tax: For some states, ebay has implemented a policy whereby they collect applicable state sales tax from the purchaser and remit same to that state.  This is beyond my control.  You may want to familiarize yourself with the laws of your state regarding this matter.

Customers outside USA: I will not falsify customs documents.  The US Postal Service no longer provides tracking for First Class International Mail service.  I will continue to offer this less expensive service when package size and weight permit, but-if YOU select this option then YOU assume the risk of loss.  I guarantee that I will ship your item, but there will be NO refund if you tell me that you did not receive it.  The US Postal Service does provide tracking for the more expensive Priority Mail International service and this option is always available to you.  Any Customs duties, fees, or taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
