Postage and packing (P&P) charges

In most cases, each order will have a P&P charge unless specified in a particular promotion. So, we can offer you the best postage prices we price our shipping accordingly to weight and size so each item may have a specific postal charge. Please check the item for this price.

Delivery Time

We'll do our best to get your order to you within three to five working days of you placing it. If we think we'll go over this time, we'll send you an email to let you know – please make sure we have your up-to-date email address for this reason.

If we haven't despatched your order within 30 working days of you placing it because the goods are unavailable, we'll give you a full refund, with our apologies. The money we owe you will be refunded directly to your debit or credit card within the following 28 working days.

To keep costs low we offer a tracking service, or second class large letter, which covers both parties should there be an issue with your order. If there's no-one in, a note will be left with the courier's contact details to arrange another time. If an alternative delivery address from your home address is used, such as work, we will need a landline contact number for that address to confirm delivery before dispatch, due to a high level of internet fraud.

At Stone Republic Clothing, we always aim to provide excellent customer service and ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, but we understand that there may be reasons why you want to return items. We have a reasonably priced returns label at £3.50. Should you wish to use this service, this charge will be deducted directly from your refund.

For faulty merchandise we will be happy to rectify the problem, refund the price paid or offer an exchange of goods to the same value. Proof of purchase is required. All faulty items must be returned to our store or proof of fault confirmed by one of our customer service agents.

If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product you must contact us to say you are returning the item within 14 days of purchase and it must arrive back at our store in original packaging with original labels and in a resalable condition within 28 days, we will offer either a refund or exchange of goods. Proof of purchase is required please include your receipt when returning any item goods must be unworn and unaltered. Please Note: For hygiene purposes, toiletries, jewellery, underwear and swimwear may be returned for a refund ONLY IF faulty. Proof of purchase is required.
