PAYMENT
Immediate payment required for "Buy It Now" items and within 3 days for auction items. If no response after 3 days a non-paying bidder claim will be filed, the transaction canceled, and the item would be re-listed.
SHIPPING (Monday –Friday)
USPS or FedEx ships all items with tracking on the second business day AFTER payment. You will automatically be notified your item has been shipped. Tracking can be found in the "order details" of the listing by logging into your eBay account. International shipping provided by eBay's global shipping, for more information consults eBay for details.
TERMS OF SALE
Guarantees: Unless otherwise stated, all items are guaranteed not to be DOA for 7 days after delivery, but are otherwise sold "AS IS". This excludes DOA as a result of damage during shipping or user error. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery-no exceptions. Please check the picture of the items before your purchasing we sell as it is in the picture.
Technical support: Compatibility, set-up and installation is the express responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event there is a technical problem, unless the item is new and under factory warranty, please do not contact a 3rd party for technical assistance or leave less than positive feedback before contacting us first otherwise this will automatically void your warranty and return status.
REGARDLESS OF YOUR "EXPERIENCE" DO NOT ASSUME JUST BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GET IT TO WORK IT IS DOA, JUST TELL US.
There is No Return Or Replacement If the void label Removed.
Returns: All items we sell, you must contact us first to receive approval for return. We do not accept returns without troubleshooting first. We do not send replacements or give refunds without the original being returned first-no exceptions. Unless we have sent you the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping regardless of whether you think it is DOA or not. Refunds for returns due to user error/non-defective items will be given and there is 20% restocking fee.
