If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Use a tracking service when returning the item as we will not refund you if the item gets lost in transit.

The item must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging,UNDAMAGED and is in RESELL-ABLE condition. We deserve the right to decline items that have been used, tampered with or opened and repacked. 

we do not accept return on cosmetic products such as body lotion, perfumes, make-up and underwear that has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

We will refund you less our handling fee and sending out cost (15%). This is due to Ebay charging us 15% once you complete your payment.

At present, shipment is only available within UK. Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day (longer on weekend) after payment  is cleared.  Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the check out page before payment. Normally uses Royal Mail requiring signature and ETA is 2-3 days.
