You MUST open your TV and verify the correct part number of your specific part. If you need assistance, just send us an email and we will assist to locate your part number.
If you would like to return a part for any reason, please send us an email BEFORE starting the returns process. This will avoid unnecessary restocking fees. We are here to help you, so if you order the wrong part or it doesn't fix your problem, contact us first so we can assist with your problem.
You should not assume the part is bad if your TV does not work. Again, there are many versions of the same part, so it could simply be that the part you received was not the correct part for your version of TV. We gladly are willing to help you, but please let us know otherwise we cant help!

1. If you unfortunately order the wrong part, you will have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee. This covers our costs to re-test and re-package the part. Again, yo must open your TV and verify your part number prior to ordering. There may be 1-4 different versions of a part used in the same TV model. Do NOT order a part based on your TV model number only!
2. You have 30 days to return the part to us.
3.) You are responsible for return shipping costs if you need to return a part. Be sure you confirm the part number!
4.) We will combine shipping costs on multiple orders. Please notify us immediately after you make multiple purchases.
RETURNS: Please READ!!
If you would like to return the part, we gladly accept returns. But PLEASE contact us before starting a return and stating the reason as "Defective or Does not Work". All of our parts are tested and packed in anti-static bags, and 99% of returned parts test good. In most cases, the part is not defective but rather the wrong part number or version. We will gladly answer your questions to assist you in your repair. This will save YOU time in fixing your TV problem.
