The hardcover book is in good condition with tight binding, bumped corners, and minimal edge wear. There is no writing or markings within the book. The dust jacket is in good condition with edge and spine wear with a one inch closed tear at the top of the front cover as well as chipping along the top and bottom of the spine. The book is a fifth printing and was published in 1976 by Rodale Press.
