Return Policy
At our company, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the sale. Contact us for return instructions and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or in any condition that it cannot be resold.
Please note, if the return is due to personal taste or a mistake with ordering the incorrect size, we will refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and any postage & packaging cost. We cannot issue a refund for items that have not been returned to us.
If the item has free shipping, the refund will be minus £2.99. In the case of any genuine faulty goods, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund. We must be notified of any faulty goods upon receipt. The customer is responsible for paying for and shipping the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return shipping up to a maximum of £3.99."
