Ryoji Matsuoka AM564 classical guitar made in Japan in the 1970s, going off the label style.

It features a solid Cedar top, and nicely grained back and sides, a double inlaid neck.

Its in very used , pre owned condition with many. many marks and small indents, there is some scratches, scuffs , scrapes, an there is some obvious damage around the edges as pictured. The top has heavy lacquer cracking including a deepr crack behind the bridge which seems stable but is present. There is a few knocks to the fretboard edges and other marks and wear in places.

The tuners are of decent quality and work well.

It sounds pretty good and the strings are new at the time of listing, they may require further stretching in , the action is a ittle high at around 4.5mm bass side to 4 mm treble side at the 12th fret but there is room to reduce the saddle should the buyer prefer, please remeber that a classical action is usually much higher than and electric and whilst it may not suit electric players it is within tolerance for a classical guitar.

The strings are new at time of listing,

Its pretty beat up with wear throughout, but useable. Many many photos below, please scroll down.

** Post Brexit EU / international shipping.

The UK has now left the EU, and whilst there is a "free" trade deal in place EU & International buyers need to be aware there still maybe some duty and VAT to pay on the arrival of your purchase. For buyer is in the EU this is beacause the free trade appears to be based upon origin of goods and many guitar related items are produced outside the EU & UK.

The cost of duty and VAT will depend on the value and original origin of the item and the charges imposed by the buyers country so we request all buyers know what they may have to pay based on the sales tax in your country of residence.

As things stand the situation is still very unclear for sellers and buyers alike.

We are now required to fill out customs documentation for every sale to the EU as well as internationally which may result in additional charges as mentioned above and delays in the shipping times and process as extra paperwork and handling is required.

Thank you for understanding. Bristol guitars.
