THE MAGIC KITE JEWEL

The refined Pendant is an original, luxury, and exclusive Jewel handcrafted by Amira Munteanu Bergman for this it can be considered a small work of art, a unique piece of which there will never be another perfectly identical.
The Bijoux is formed by a large kite in polymeric clay shaped and painted by hand and by a wooden branch, all decorated with red beads, rhinestones and crystals. 
The Pendant is worn with a chain closed loop hook.


ART DECO COLLECTION

The work belongs to the Collection inspired by Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Belle Époque of the Marquise Casati, a great muse of all the artists of his time, known for its exceptional and extravagance.


SYMBOLOGY
The ancient Romans attributed to the Kite a beneficial power: it was able to bring good luck to anyone who had worn its amulet. 
For Christianity, on the other hand, it was the symbol of evil, the eternal adversary of Christ and brought disaster and misfortune.
It has been attributed demonic values because of its large jaws similar to the tongs used for fire. Accordingly, it was believed that he was responsible for the forest fires. It set them by transporting with the "tongs" the burning embers.  
Between the Middle Ages and the seventeenth century, the Kite has been immortalized in many works of art as being the destroyer par excellence. In some still lifes, however, it represented vanity and the "consummation of time".
In other cultures, such as Japanese one, it has positive connotations. Because of the strong armor protecting its body, it is considered the symbol of protection of the house.
