Vintage Dynaco AF-6 AM-FM Tuner USA Metal Front Tested Working Quiet Volume READ

See pictures for condition. Turns on, lights up, signal meter doesn't move. When plugged directly into speakers the volume was really low, even at high on knob,  but it did pick up signal from FM station. Not 100% sure if that's normal or not.
