Where possible we will always ship via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for Parcels. We feel this provides the best combination of speed, traceability and value for money. Royal Mail quote up to 3 working days for delivery, but in many cases items arrive within 2 days of posting.

All items are tracked and the tracking number will be uploaded to ebay for you to view and keep an eye on your item.
We will always combine shipping on multiple orders where possible (ask for details)

Item doesn’t fit or you don’t like it after you try it on? No problem, you have 30 days to return it for an exchange or full refund. Returns are at the buyers cost (typically £3-4) - we did try free returns but our return rate went through the roof! Please don't remove any tags to try an item on because they can’t be returned after the tags have been removed. If an item is returned, we will do our best to process it and provide a refund the very same day (please be aware, refunds can take 24-48 hours to show on your Credit/ Debit Card statement, after the process has been initiated)
