Dish is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  With is wavey free form design, dimensions are only approximates.  8.5" x 7" x 1.75'.  Piece weighs 1 lb. 1.8 oz.  There are no markings so I do not have any more information than provided.  Although piece is functional as a candy or nut dish/bowl, is also a stand alone statement piece.
