Overall Condition

Overall this lens is in very good optical condition. It shows signs of use to the lens body. 

Appearance

Overall this camera is in good cosmetic condition for its age. Some fading to paint and light wear.
It has a name sticker on the body which can be removed 

Optical Quality

No haze or scratches.

Under strong light there is a pinhead sized spot of fungus, see pictures ( this does not affect the quality of the photos - see test shots ) 

Miniscule amounts of dust / if any at all

Please also note the screw on 1A UV filter is fairly average optically. I will leave on to keep the lens pristine however you may want to look at getting a new one.
