I think only a few were made for cinema cameras with own mount.

Really no much info about this lens i have found.

No fungus, no scratches, minor oil on blades.

Smooth focus and aperture, all working.

Lens with ORIGINAL metal hood, plastic cap, and mount adapter for cinema camera (look photos).

P.S it has own "m58" mount, but can be easy adapted for modern cameras or you can use M42 Mount part from "general Helios ussr 40 lens"
