Pair of cast iron grates or vents in original condition. The largest measures 20" wide by 12-1/2" tall. It has a federal style detail with columns and vines along the sides and top (I believe our photographer may have it upside down in photos - there's a fountain or torch detail that should face upward...) It has a few spots of flaking paint and surface rust, but no significant damage. Casting number on the rear is 981-10.
The second grate measures 20" x 7-3/4" and has casting number 918-20. It has a little more surface rust than the first piece, but again, no significant damage. It looks like it was designed to rest on top of, or below the larger grate.
