Inspiration for this mug came from the beautiful spring flowers at Monk's House.

Nestled in the heart of rural Sussex, Monk's House is a tranquil 17th Century weather boarded cottage,

 inhabited by Leonard and his novelist wife, Virginia Woolf from 1919.

The house contains an extensive collection from the many artists and writers who visited.

Basing the design on the hidden retreat of Virginia famous writing room at the bottom of the tranquil

 garden creating this fine china mug for the modern home.
 

Brightening up any tableware collection,

 this mug from National Trust is beautifully made of fine china. 

A floral pattern weaves around the mug on a grey background

 and a small flower features in the interior.

 For convenience, the mug can be used in a microwave and is dishwasher

 friendly.
