Australia Post is our designated courier, and once the parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery has been supplied, Lifeline Canberra will not be held liable for any parcel that may go missing from the delivery point. If your order can't be left securely in a 'safe place' according to Australia Post's definition, please consider an alternative delivery point.

All our items are donated to Lifeline Canberra and inspected by our volunteers before being offered for sale. We endeavour to clean items of any dust or light marksAll photos, scans, etc. are of the actual item and form part of the description

POSTAGE

Where it is deemed necessary, items will be wrapped before postage. All items have free post within Australia unless otherwise indicated. International queries are welcome; however, it may take us a few days to obtain international postage charges.

We will usually issue an invoice within 24 hours.

We mark items as posted through eBay and a tracking number link (where applicable) will be automatically updated to the 'View Order Page'.

PICKUP

Local sales may be collected from our Lifeline Canberra Mitchell warehouse at an agreed time, or Booklovers Lane at Fyshwick Markets (open Thursday to Sunday). Payment must be made prior to arranging pickup.
