This is a used Wittnauer watch dial for an electronic transistorized watch. These were popular in the 60’s I guess. It does have issues like some scratches and black dots around the 9 o’clock position.  Gold color markers seem good and shiny.  Dial feet are at 1:30 ish and 7:38.  Very slight depression around center where the hands would be. Writing and logo is clear to read.  Lume dots are at every marker. Not tested for glow.
