Description of item for sale:

This large hand carved antique panel is from France and it dates to the late 1800's.  It is solid oak finished to a warm medium color. The carvings are very deep and three dimensional: notice the fine detail in the cherubs.  This panel was originally part of a French cabinet.  Overall it is in very good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches.  Note that there are several cracks in the panel (see photos).  Dimensions: 49.75" tall, 13.25" wide and .5" thick.  (1602 1)
