Great little lot of Pikachu figures. Some of them say Tomy and one says wicked cool toys. Not sure of the branding of all of them. The conditions vary. Check out all photos to see the condition of each. The big Pikachu is hasbro. I have no idea what it does or if it is missing something. It looks to me like there was suppose to be something in the hand portion?
