Beautiful quilting cotton fabric from designer Joel dewberry notting hill frames, Westminster free spirit collection. this listing is for a 1 yd 7" piece that is new but has been prewashed ( I have additional yardage available) it has been in storage so it is wrinkled and of course will need a prewash.
**NOTE: some of my listed fabrics have been pre washed for shrinkage, but will still need to be re washed from being in storage.
I purchased this in hopes I would be able to quilt, but I will be moving and need to clear out my stash as I just don't have the room.
It is really pretty in person.
