All of our wood is kiln dried to 8 - 12% moisture with the exception of our character beams which are air dried for 3-5 years

Please ensure you unpack and check your item(s) thoroughly before signing for the parcel(s). In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, the buyer is responsible to reject and refuse to sign for the parcel(s), the buyer is also responsible for reporting the rejection to Oak Guys within 2 days. Oak Guys cannot accept responsibility or issue a refund if damaged item(s) have been signed for - this is due to the fact that we cannot claim from the couriers if the goods are signed for.

Oak Guys work very hard on customer satisfaction. All of our products are made to the highest standard and are described accurately in their individual listing. Returns are very rare, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, let us know by email and quoting your invoice number and full name and address. For custom, made to measure and bespoke products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances, unless the item is damaged or made incorrectly.

Returns are accepted as long as you inform us within 14 days from receipt of your goods, either in writing, email or by telephone and the products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
