UK Orders          

Our UK orders are dispatched with DPD. A one hour delivery window will be provided. Follow your drivers progress through the DPD mobile app!

• Orders over 80 GBP : Free next working day before 12pm delivery.
• Orders 79 GBP & under: 3.99 GBP for next working day before 12pm delivery.
• Saturday Delivery: 5.99 GBP for Saturday delivery.
• North Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands: Delivery can take up to 2 working days.

European Orders          

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout (around 10 GBP) 
• Orders will be sent via express courier (tracked & insured).
• Orders will be delivered between 2 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday).
• Import fees are not included and will be at the customers expense.
• Import fee's & VAT is included in our prices.

International Orders          

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout (15 GBP +).
• Orders will be sent via express courier (tracked & insured).
• Orders will be delivered within 7 working days (Monday - Friday).   
• Import fees are not included and will be at the customers expense.

Authorised Seller

Accessories marked with 'Manufacturer Warranty' are covered by the official brand/manufacturer and you can therefore go to any authorised retailer for the repair or replacement. Handy, right?

Note: Yes, every watch, bag and pair of sunglasses we sell are authentic.

Our warranty

Although all accessories we sell on our website are authentic, we are not authorised retailers for most brands we sell - and that's the clever bit because by "going it alone" we don't have to abide by the manufacturer's RRP, meaning we're able to pass on very generous discounts to you.

Though it also means we can't offer an official brand warranty, we can provide you with our 28 Day Full Cover Guarantee and a 24 Month Movement Warranty for our watches ...

Let's see what IS covered:

• Our 28 Day Full Cover Guarantee is valid from the day of delivery and covers you for any manufacturer fault of our watches, bags and sunglasses.
• Our 24 Month Movement Warranty is valid from the day of delivery and covers any natural defects that affect the internal movement of the watch only.

Here's what's NOT covered:

• Water/moisture damage
• Loss of stones or colouring
• External damage
• Wear and tear
• Watch battery replacement
• Strap/bracelet faults*

*Covered in the 28 Day Full Cover Guarantee but not in the 24 Month Movement Warranty for watches.

What will void your warranty?

The following conditions invalidate your claim against our 24 Month Movement Warranty:

• Obvious signs of excessive/improper wear and tear
• Signs of physical damage, like an accidental drop
• Attempted third-part repairs (where you havenât discussed with us beforehand)

How to make a claim

Claims must be made by the original buyer and can be started using our (Contact Form).

When you make a claim, we'll need your:

• Confirmation receipt or;
• Order number and;
• Full name

If you're outside of the 28 Day Full Cover Guarantee period, you'll need to cover the return cost of the watch and arrange to return it to our address:

How long it'll take

Like our delivery, we like warranty claims to be as efficient as possible, so we aim to process your claim within 2 weeks.

What we'll do

Depending on the warranty issue, we'll either refund you in full, replace the item or fix/replace the faulty part. We'll keep you updated the whole time, so you're never left in the dark.

Returns & Refunds Policy           

If you're unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it within 28 days of the delivery date. No quibbles, no problem - providing the return must tick off the following reasonable conditions:

    Be unused and in its original packaging

    Manufacturer seals and any extras be present and untampered with

    Include the packaging slip form so we can identify your return

Sending it back to us

Unless exchanging the item, the cost of return postage needs to be covered by you. You can return your accessory using any service you wish, but a tracked and insured service is highly recommended (in the rare case your item gets lost or damaged, neither you nor we will be out of pocket.)

Important: 

- We reserve the right to refuse a return or give a partial refund if any of the above criteria are not met. If this is the case, we'll contact you. 

- Items which are shipped but rejected on delivery will be charged a small restocking fee of 5 GBP. 

Refunds

Once we've received your item and inspected it against the conditions above, we'll send you an email to confirm whether we accept or decline the return.

Accepted returns

We will issue a full refund (when applicable) via your original payment method which may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

In the odd case where we can only offer a partial refund, we'll be in contact, and the repayment will be made within 5 working days.

Declined returns

We will contact you to explain our reasoning and the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Our top priority is to make the whole process as efficient and fair as possible - we're an understanding and friendly team and will always try to make sure everyone walks away satisfied.

Late or missing refunds

We work hard to prevent any delays in refunding you by processing all returns within 24 hours of receipt (after which you should see the money within 5 working days).

However, since the world sometimes loves to hurl a volley of uninvited surprises at us humans, there is always the chance you could experience a delay.
