Pottery Barn Kids Garden Party Purple Std Pillowcase Floral Cottage Paisley Pink.  The pillowcase is in great preowned condition and does show some signs of general wash and wear/use.  The hem/opening of the pillowcase does have some permanent creasing, see photos for full details.
