RETURNS
Returns are accepted 60 days (two months) after delivery date. If you wish to return your item please do so
within 14 business days of delivery date for a full refund. Returns started
after 14 business days will not include shipping/packing fees or return
shipping. Items that are newly
damaged either in shipping or at hand of buyer will not be accepted after 14
days of delivery. Please note it is best
to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to make a return.
Damage
During Shipping and Claims. In the case of damaged items during shipping, all
packing materials must be saved; damage photographed at time of signature and
reported immediately to us. We will then
assist with any claims or returns. (Please note: items damaged in shipping or
at the hand of buyer will not be accepted for return after 14 days of delivery
date).

An invoice
is generated and sent with total costs after offers are accepted.
Payment is
appreciated within 7 days of the auction’s end date.
