Wedgwood Jasperware darker cobalt blue biscuit jar or barrel. Made in England. The color is not as deep as some. They are color transfers/scuffs, but I do not see chips or cracks that did not occur during manufacturing. Measures about 8" tall when handle is upright, 5" without counting the lid finial.
