I'm the ORIGINAL OWNER of this October 1994 issue of Collecting Toys magazine. In this issue you will read about GI Joe Action Figures, Robby the Robot Tin Vehicles, Die-cast collecting, Movie toys and more.  It comes from a non smoking, climate controlled environment of my playroom. In my subjective opinion I would rate this issue as BRAND NEW condition. The cover colors are bright and crisp in appearance. The magazine will be boarded in a plastic sleeve for shipping.
