Very nice COACH bag with 9.5 inch shoulder straps with silver metal. Bag has zipper across top of the inner pocket with 2 openings on both sides of zippered center. Bag does have a small ink mark on outside of bag. Corners are good. Lightly used and from a non-smoking home. Great for everyday!
