I used this rotary joint for 3 or 4 years on a radar system I built on my roof.
It worked perfectly the whole time and it was still working when I took the system down.
It was protected from weather and water throughout its use. It's been covered and stored inside since removal.
It turns smoothly and easily.
It is 100% silver plated. I was tempted to polish it because it would be beautiful.
It has choke flanges on both connections.
It is clean and looks unused except for the tarnish.
(You
may know, the reason for silver plating is because silver tarnish is
still conductive and doesn't impair waveguide function.
