These items are all what I call "one star(*) quality", which means: each stamp is either Fine Centering and Never Hinged Original Gum OR Fine to Very Fine Centering and Hinged Original Gum.  (These stamps are all Sound, and do not have faults, but they do not quite grade up to a F-VF NH standard).

2023 Scott Catalog Value $3.25 for Hinged and $6.50 for Never Hinged.
