This Swiss made wristwatch has a black dial

with luminous batons and hands and luminous arrow tipped seconds hand.

There is a date aperture at three o'clock

acrylic crystal with date magnifier. 

dial also has a tachymeter readout and the dial states 

movement swiss type SICURA  EB 23 jewels and is antimagnetic.
