The Nissan Figaro is equipped with a turbocharger allowing the engine to produce more power, torque, acceleration and fuel economy from the 987cc MA10ET powerplant. The turbocharger works by using spent exhaust gas to spin a turbine which in turn forces air in the the engine to produce power and is fed with engine oil to the bearings of the unit itself to ensure the turbocharger is lubricated at all times. The oil is fed from the rear of the engine block via a pipe directly to the turbo and over time, this pipe can corrode, crack and become blocked up severely reducing the volume of oil flow required by the turbocharger which in turn can cause catastrophic failures to the unit.

Here at The Figaro Shop we have developed an upgraded turbo oil feed line made from braided stainless steel. The new line is far superior to the original and is designed to outlast the turbo itself. The original line can crack, leak and perish causing catastrophic turbo failure and possible engine failure. Included with the line is a bespoke thread fitting for a direct fit.
