There is no size tag, this is handmade. Fabric has no stretch. This is a romper or skort. Please compare measurements to a favorite dress:
Chest (underarm to underarm): 17" across
Waist (across the front): 17.5"
Shoulder to Shoulder: 13.75"
Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 31.25"

Inseam: 5.5"

Condition: Has yellowing around the underarms and some dinginess on the cuffs. Has vintage storage odor. The colors are more neon than they show in the pictures. Zipper catches but it does go up and down. See all photos.
