Near Mint:  Most of the time cards in this condition are pack fresh but, the card may have minor flaws that are not visible with a quick inspection, small white dots or scratches that you have to closely examine the card to see.

Excellent: Overall the card looks near mint but may have minor scratches, slightly worn edges that are visible but they do not interfere with the way the card looks.

Lightly Played: Similar to a card in excellent condition except there is more whitening around the edges and the corners are a little more worn or slight bends or creases that are visible.  There might be some slight whitening on the back or front of the card. Imperfections will be visible with a quick inspection. When the card is sleeved the imperfections will not be noticeable and the card will  look just like the rest of your cards

Played: There is a large amount of whitening around the edges and the corners have a good amount of damage, many scratches, bends and/or  creases on the card. When the card is sleeved it can still be played
