Returns

Items purchased using Style Dem / Prime Tags can be returned for a refund so long as they are returned within 30 days, given the following conditions. As are prices are low we do not provide a free returns service. Items need to be returned at your own expense and we recommend that you use Royal Mail Signed For services. We are not responsible for any items that become lost or damaged in transit to us. Please contact us by e-mail in the first instance indicting that you would like to return the item and providing your reason for the return.

Returned items must be returned unused and in the same saleable condition including attached tags and any packing provided.

For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of underwear (expect items first agreed as faulty, see below for conditions).

We quality check all of our items individually both before they are listed here and again before their dispatch to customers. It is very unlikely that you will receive anything faulty from us. However, in the eventuality that a faulty item is received from us you will need to notify us within the 30 day period. You will need to provide further details, digital pictures and / or return the item for verification (i.e. if requested). Once verification has been made and fault agreed we will provide a full refund. Please contact us by e-mail in the first instance indicating that your item is faulty. Please include a description of the fault.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date of receipt for the processing of refunds.
