5 page article and single page book plate illustration from a scarce 1895 Victorian periodical

The plate is entitled "Feline Amenities" by louis Wain

The article is entitled "Counting the World by Electricity" 5 pages by Robert P Porter (Superintendent of the 11th US  census) describing how the new machine picks up the census information from 63,000,000 different sources and groups and classifies the data

CONDITION Please note these are genuine actual pages extracted from a rare disbound publication, the pages measure approximately 9 by 6 inches, there are no covers. Whilst the images show the page in its still bound state, the article will be sent as loose pages. Pages may be showing signs of foxing / browning due to the age of the paper
